How to use the Naos Optics B2B Portal
A quick step-by-step guide to log in, place orders, and view your B2B pricing.
1) Become a B2B customer
If you'd like to become a B2B customer, please reach out to info@naos-optics.com. Once approved, we will create an account for you and confirm the email address linked to your B2B conditions.
Important: Your B2B pricing and conditions are tied to your email address. Please make sure you log in using the exact email we registered.
2) Log in on the webshop
- Go to www.naos-optics.com
- Click the profile icon
in the upper right corner of the website on desktop or the three bars
in the upper left corner on mobile (then click "Log in"). - Enter the email address linked to your B2B account.
- You will receive a one-time login code by email. Enter the code to sign in.
Important: please also consider step 3 below.
Tip: If you don’t see the login code, please check your spam or junk folder.
3) Open the B2B portal & place an order
- Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Profile page.
- At the top of your profile page (or after clicking the
on mobile), you will see a link to the B2B Portal. Click this link to open the Quick Order sheet.
Important: you should place your B2B order through the quick order sheet, and not the regular shop for optimal experience. - Select the products you wish to order and proceed to checkout.
4) Pricing & VAT display
When logged in as a B2B customer, all prices will be shown according to your B2B conditions. Depending on your location, prices will be displayed incl. VAT and excl. VAT.
5) Hide B2B prices (log out)
If you wish to browse the website without showing B2B pricing (for example when viewing products together with an end customer), simply log out:
- Go to the homepage: www.naos-optics.com
- Click the profile icon
or the three bars
in the upper left corner on mobile (then click "Log in"). - Click your name and select Log out.
After logging out, the webshop will be displayed as a regular B2C store without B2B pricing.
